Tropical Savannas

Tropical savannas or grassland are made of tall grasses and few scattered trees. The climate very warm, they have dry season that last four to eight months and that is followed by short period of rain. Plants grow in tropical savannas, such as, tall grasses, trees, and thorny shrubs. Animal in tropical savannas such as, elephant, lions, and crocodiles.
